Imagine this: you’re walking through the galleries of the Stedelijk Museum… but this time at night. With music. And workshops. Completely free. That’s UNLOCKED — a special museum experience you don’t want to miss.
What exactly is UNLOCKED?
UNLOCKED is a free event where the Stedelijk Museum Breda opens its doors in the evening four times a year, outside regular opening hours, from 19:00 to 22:00. Each edition is organized in collaboration with a different local partner, which makes every evening feel completely unique — and this September it’s with yours truly: Blind Walls Gallery!
On the evening of Thursday, September 18, you can enjoy:
- Access to all exhibitions
- Live DJ sets
- Artist talks and an actual SKETCH BATTLE
- Live screen-printing
- Flash tattoos by Rutger Termohlen
- Snacks and drinks

UNLOCKED x Blind Walls Gallery
This edition ties in with our exhibition STRAAT KUNST MUSEUM, where street art brings the museum’s walls to life. It’s also one of your last chances to see the show. Don’t miss it — after September 22, the walls of the museum will be painted white again and the murals will disappear forever…
On the museum patio, you can also enjoy a special photo exhibition where our photographers present their favorite images from the past 10 years. Plenty of reasons to come and take a look!
