The mural depicts a circus with elephant, inspired by a troubled event that took place in 1988. Elephants walked the Akkerstraat when two circuses were performing only 500 meters apart. Both received a Breda ban for five years afterwards.

Johan Moorman started as graffiti artist before he graduated at Willem de Kooning Academy. Johan is inspired by various art styles, such as De Stijl, Pop Art and the Memphis group. The works of Johan are a mix of classic arcade games, the style of Esher and vintage lego catalogues.
