This mural was inspired by the history of nearby parking lot ‘Mols Parking’, showing the circle of life, blossom to death. A long time ago, a vegetable garden rose from a graveyard here and military horses galloped towards the former stables at the end of the street.

Illustrator Laura Lehtinen studied illustration in Barcelona, where she first got into painting walls. Nowadays she also works on magazine and commercial illustration and designing installations in urban spaces. Her work is inspired by nature, traveling, hip hop and skateboarding culture, Tove Jansson (Finnish novelist, painter and illustrator), gastronomy, fashion and love.
