Mural in a park

The Burgermeester van Sonsbeeck park is maintained by local residents. They plant flower bulbs and makes sure that the public gardens are clean. The residents even created a playground from leftover materials.

Daycare and coffeehouse

The former nursery school located in the park is repurposed into a daycare during the week and a coffeehouse in the weekends. Thunder&Bold were invited to create a mural to highlight the special character of this park. They visited the park and found inspiration while Jimmy Hendrix played in the background…
